This remodeled Mercer Island house is now a personal family home for an active family returning to Seattle. Their extensive travels throughout China is represented by their art collection throughout the house. A traditional Northwest palette of color, texture and materials was used to unite this open floor plan with their pristine gardens and impressive view. Outdoor but sheltered living spaces were essential for a casual lifestyle and culinary-focused entertaining.
